The Planning Showcase is a wonderful opportunity to revisit Woodhall Manor and its beautiful grounds. This event is designed to support you during your planning journey and is a great chance to meet some of our preferred suppliers face-to-face, gather inspiration from beautifully styled décor setups, and sample some of our delicious evening food cooking. You’ll also be able to explore the Manor, including all of the bedrooms, at your leisure.
As you stroll through the grounds and take in the spaces, you can really begin to picture your special day coming to life. You’ll also have the opportunity to allocate and reserve bedrooms for your loved ones using your Manor Experience document.
A handpicked selection of our trusted suppliers will be there to inspire and guide you, ready to bring your ideas to life, while our talented chefs serve up one of our delicious evening food options for you to experience and enjoy.
Many items available to book at the Planning Showcase are offered with a 10% early booking discount, which will not be payable until 6 weeks before your wedding, making it an event not to be missed.

The Taste
The Taste is a dedicated event designed for you to experience and enjoy the food and drink for your special day.
You will have the opportunity to meet the Chef and sample dishes you may have not considered before. The Chef will also be able to give recommendations and suggestions on creating bespoke dishes.
At the event you will be able to make choices on:

- Canapé options
- Sample a chef's selection of starters, mains, & desserts
- Try house wines or drinks for your meal
- Discuss Evening Food options

Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out for the bedrooms?
Check-in to bedrooms is from 12:30pm for house guests. Check-out is 10:00am the follwoing morning.
Do you offer wedding breakfast options for dietary restrictions?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and others. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Can you plan our wedding wedding for us?
Yes, we can. Our Planning Plus service is always available to you. Let us know you are interested and a member of the Planning team will contact you to go over the different services provided.
Are pets allowed at Woodhall Manor?
We do have specific rooms that are pet-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can make suitable arrangements.
