The Planning Showcase is an exciting event for you and your partner to see the manor styled in totally different ways. Gather some inspiration and chat to the experienced planning team.
As a bonus, you will also receive a 10% discount off any items booked within the two weeks following the showcase (which won’t be payable until 6 weeks before your wedding).
Start picturing your big day as you stroll around the grounds, explore the manor, and check out the bedrooms and suites. You can even allocate and reserve bedrooms for your loved ones.
A selection of our preferred suppliers will also be available to meet face-to-face, and you can sample some of our delicious food as our chefs will serve up one of the evening food options for you to try.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time is check-in and check-out for the bedrooms?
Check-in to bedrooms is from 12:30pm for house guests. Check-out is 10:00am the follwoing morning.
Do you offer wedding breakfast options for dietary restrictions?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and others. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Can you plan our wedding wedding for us?
Yes, we can. Our Planning Plus service is always available to you. Let us know you are interested and a member of the Planning team will contact you to go over the different services provided.
Are pets allowed at Woodhall Manor?
We do have specific rooms that are pet-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can make suitable arrangements.
